What I got out if it was mix it well and wait a bit before ingesting because you can"t dilute it once it's gone down. It's powerful medicine that needs to be used wisely not thrown into recipes by the handful like one carbfree book I bought!
It was 3 visits to A&E with cases of severe dehydration. One xray just showed a blocked kidney. The hospital had no idea. when I stopped the pyslliium bread (which I'd recently added to my diet) it all went away. That was like 15 years ago. I have very dry skin - that's a symptom of...
I notice they use Psyllium Husk Powder. That put me in A&E with suspected kidney stones (the pain was pretty unbearable (I was howling)). Be careful, I can't believe it suits everybody.

I have worked one thing out. Often you don't wake up because you need the toilet, you need the toilet because you've not actually been asleep. The renal system shuts down during good sleep. It doesn't if you're tossing and turning all night.
I wish I knew but unfortunately the only symptoms of the dangerous type occur after it's too late. Where's medical science when you need it eh? I've got the unaggressive one presently.
I was offered an endoscopy decades ago. If they find something you are a coeliac, if they don't it could be they just didn't find it. I know exactly what gluten does to me so I turned them down. What was the point of being told you can't eat something that you know you can't eat?
As I sit here (and it's autumn) I now realize for the next 7 months or so my main preoccupation will be keeping my hands and feet warm. Memory foam better than wool? Can you explain? Thanks.
Unfortunately proper has never quite come along in my experience. The roll call of illnesses that got fixed by diet (and now with the help from this forum) is pretty legion.
