    Walk at home

Just been on you tube and found lesley Sansone doing a walk at home exercise. I just done the 3 mile walk and it was brilliant. Really brisk walking and great that it can be done at home. All adds up to extra exercise as I walk to and from walk everyday anyway. Anyone else seen this or done it?
