    Regular moderate exercise log

Had a great new pal to accompany me on my walk today in the form of my new Samsung smartwatch. Great little motivator in that it encourages me when my pace is good and reminds me to get active if I sit around for an hour. Managed 10km today in 32C heat (very sweaty) and very happy afterwards...

    Regular moderate exercise log

Indeed I will, it's the best part of my day. I feel really fulfilled after coming home for my cold shower. I'm 54 years old and other than school in the way distant past I've done very little exercise my whole life. Diabetes is my punishment for this but has also been the wake up call I needed.

    Regular moderate exercise log

From being right lazy I've started walking the 6 km along the beach and back each day for the last 3 weeks . I found it rather easy and just up my pace each day. Today I bought some wrist weights for my arms, not sure they'll help but I figured whilst swinging my arms walking a little...

Sharing my experience of Bitter Melon.

The capsules are readily available here in Thailand and are relatively cheap. They would be a far more palatable choice as the taste of the raw juice is not good at all. (why is it everything that aledgedly does you good tastes foul, why can't the miracle cure be chocolate). Very interested in...

Sharing my experience of Bitter Melon.

Indeed you have gone to great lengths to establish a firm Base for your future findings. For me the interest is in how to take the bitter melon and the quantity. I live in Thailand and access to all types of bitter melon is cheap and plentiful. Thus far I have taken it blended, juiced and even...
