    Ice cream

Why not make your own, its not difficult. Eggs, cream, full fat milk and the same 'sweetener' you use for baking. The biggest problem is getting enough space in the freezer and planning ahead to ensure my ice cream maker is properly frozen.

What to have with curry instead of rice

Don't have it if you can help it. If you must have something, have popadums made from chickpea flour if possible. Per 100g they are not low carb. However one popadum only weighs about 8g.

Anybody know of low carb meal replacement bars?

I tried a 9bar last week and found it too sweet, it had rice sugar in it and was 16.4g. I actually like the slim fast summer berry, and just count it toward my total. As always test to make sure it doesn't spike you too much.

The fish with higher fat content than salmon is Mackerel. Fresh fillets are rare in supermarkets. There are lots of bones even when filleted. You can buy smoked Mackerel which is cooked but still not bone free I'm afraid. Just a thought how about salmon or smoked mackerel pate - completely bone...

    how can I have fish?

Salmon is the second best fish for high fat commonly available in supermarkets. Tesco do single salmon portions for £1.75. Don't use your grill or you will be trying to clean it for ever - it will smell every time you switch it on. To get something like your picture, sprinkle the salmon with...
