Does anyone claim PIP or any other benefit for T1? (and/or anxiety, depression) my mum got DLA when I was young. I quit my job in July due to anxiety and depression, I can't face full time work right now. Any job I apply for that I'd feel comfortable doing I don't get. I rarely test my bg now...

I'm going to try a LCHF diet soon as I am putting weight on like crazy.. I've just got a cgm and my bg always spikes to like 20mmol after I eat, it does come down after 2hs or so to around 8mmolwhich is my target anyway but I've seen a lot of people's graphs that are way less spikier than mine!!

Hi all, I've been given a note//letter from a doctor at clinic to give to my GP for a prescription. Need a little (or a lot) support.. Type 1 (it's a bit of an essay sorry!)

I've been Type 1 for 4 years last month. Diagnosed @ 15, I'm now 19. My blood sugars were OK for the first year or so as I did as I was told, but when I was about 17 I hadn't quite accepted the fact I had diabetes.. All I wanted to do was live a life WITHOUT this burden. I hardly tested and...
