EU - In or Out + Poll.

@PenfoldAPD the people I feel really sorry for are the young people the majority of whom wanted to stay in as they saw their future as part of a larger picture. It is so terribly terribly sad and I just hope that as Zand says above that the predominantly Grey vote they realise they are much...

EU - In or Out + Poll.

I think I would feel a lot better if we had had some clear concise outlining of what was going to happen next to give some indication that the Leave camp were in control And knew what was coming next......Instead they have acted like someone who has blagen their way through an interview process...

Newly Diagnosed - Some diet questions

I have been on a max of 20g of carbs a day (often much lower) since March and am still functioning and managing to run my own business, to be honest once I was Keto adapted I had no brain fog what so ever and boundless energy. Agree with Robbity that you may well experience the dreaded "carb...

    Angry! Angry! Angry!

My practice nurse told me that I could eat as much pasta, rice And bread as I wanted as long as it was brown......she also told me that her Husband (Diabetic for 15 years) enjoyed a regular donut which was fine as his Medication covered it! Apparently it was far too hard to give up sugars food...

    Angry! Angry! Angry!

This is the reason I turned down the "opportunity" of attending a course as I knew the stress of having to sit there listening to the complete twaddle that I knew would be totted out would send my nicely controlled blood sugars through the roof. You have my sympathy. Sent from my iPad using...

&PenfoldAPD is the coming off the meds coincided with Work stress and not having been able to swim? You need a way to get rid of the work stress swimming did that right? Maybe with what is going on at the mo it is not a fair trial of giving up the meds? X Sent from my iPhone using DCUK...

I overheard a couple talking about it yesterday and their reasoning was "immigrants, saving the NHS (even though the NHS is largely run on immigrants but hey ho!!) and the fact that they are old and so do not agree with it as they remember the war" I have lived in Holland for many years and to...
