    B: 3 Ryvita with marmite and peanut butter L: Chicken salad with feta and mayo D: Chicken, Broccoli and a tiny carrot with cauli cheese made with cream Coffee and water to drink I feel accomplished as I've finally managed to get blood testing right. Average 6.2 today so far, very pleased :)
