Dear Forum, I have been a type 1 insulin dependent for 51 years. I have noticed that over the past few years, my blood sugar levels dip alarmingly during the Spring and Autumn when the clocks go forward or backwards. Has anyone experienced such a thing?? Grateful for any comments.
