    Im SO happy!!

    Got my latest results today. Hba1c was 8.2, now 6.7!!!! Total Chol was4.7, now 4.2 LDL was 2.8, now 2.2 HDL stayed at 1.1 Trig was 3.2, now 2.1 Im so happy, I just had to share it with everybody. If I can do it, so can you!! The only bad thing was I've put on 2 kilos but Im not so mobile any...

    Low BG and not hungry

    Im not talking about hypos but getting low, say in the low 4s. I often wake up with a bg of say 4.3 and at tea time too.     Lantus dosage

    I am a type 2 diabetic on insulin. I currently take Novorapid (4 units at breakfast, 8 units at lunch and 16 units at dinner) and lantus 46 units at night. I also take metformin. Is 46 units of lantus too much. I sometimes dont need my insulin at breakfast.
