    Blood sugar levels going in the right direction

    Last time I got my bloods taken my HbA1c has reduced to 44. So not far off getting to normal levels. Considering that my HbA1c was a whopping 87 in June last year I haven't done badly. I knew that I had to change how I ate.

    HbA1c going in right direction

    Went To See Nurse Got Bloods Done

    Went to see nurse assistant to get my HbA1c done, hopefully it'll be lower than my original figure of 87 when I was first diagnosed with Type 2. Weight has gone down slowly so will find out results soon
