    Hey fellow diabetics. Many of you may have read about my struggle when diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes, good news is I've gotten used to it and have it under very good control. Don't get me wrong I still get the odd occasion when I hate myself for having it and hate my life but this is just...

    Blood glucose testing

    Yes I will. I will check before driving at all times, the doctor will have to supply more strips to every diabetic that needs them. Because without any doubt we do 100%. Quick question though on the checking front, when checking i got told to get cold water on a tissue whip the finger im...

    Blood glucose testing

    That is very true i wasnt going to decline doing it? I will check before driving and my control is getting better. I wish you'd give me some credit tbh. The strips are very hard to get as many doctors etc think 3-4 times a day is more than enough.

    Question = Answer Ha

    Mhmmm its a very confusing matter, I was diagnosed last month and I thought it was just sugar intake you had to reduce, not carb intake. Another question!

    Any idea why after football I scored from 5.7 to 9.1? Was it the foot entering the bloodstream and the exercise?
