I bought a kilo bag of lovely orange mini peppers for £1 at the market yesterday. They look delicious and are lovely raw. Any ideas what else I can do with them? I have halved and de-seeded a bagful and frozen them to put in stir fries. Will they make good soup? Any ideas welcome.

Has anyone used the scheme for glucorx from type2testing.com? Apparently for about £100 I could get 400 strips, 400 lancets and a meter (which for me would be a spare). Considering 50 strips cost me £19.50, that seems quite a saving.
