You were right apparently when I first took out the insurance in 2006 I agreed a voluntary excess of £100 which with the compulsory excess makes it £150 :( Fair enough I suppose but still does not excuse sloppiness over the phone etc.

Hi, Currently on insulin and metformin(500s twice daily) and due to the well documented side effects have been given the slow release version however I notice the dosage with the sr is now 500g four times daily. Is this normal with the sr version? :shock:

As far as i know my bro has gone (cycled) to work today,he informed me that the earliest he can see his gp is thursday!! He has seemingly ignored my advice (which was as per sues above) to go to a+e.As said before I cannot believe the doc he seen yesterday did not advise similar.
