    Yes I did,they didn't seem too fussed said they would send me a couple more batteries and see how it goes from there.I'll stick them in when they arrive and see how long they last again. Just wondered if anyone else had the same problem.

    You were right apparently when I first took out the insurance in 2006 I agreed a voluntary excess of £100 which with the compulsory excess makes it £150 :( Fair enough I suppose but still does not excuse sloppiness over the phone etc.

    As far as i know my bro has gone (cycled) to work today,he informed me that the earliest he can see his gp is thursday!! He has seemingly ignored my advice (which was as per sues above) to go to a+e.As said before I cannot believe the doc he seen yesterday did not advise similar.
