    I was 7.7. I am going to have one rich tea for breakfast instead of scrambled eggs and bacon. I will burn it off brisk walking it off attached to some loud tunes.

    I was 22.6 this morning. I did have three McDonalds Sausage and egg McMuffins this morning. (Yes, I flung the buns and declined the hash browns!) Cheese, egg and sausage patties + coffee.
