    The trick my Phyisio shared with me is to use and ice cube on bandages before trying to pull them off. I use coconut oil, Vaseline, or any oil based lotion and work it around the edges, if it’s still seems stuck an ice cube for a minute.

    I don’t talk much about what I eat or why. And try to avoid having other people cook for me. However, it is very noticeable when we have guests that I mostly have meat in my plate. Collective narrative that meat is unhealthy for us and the environment is tiring.

    What most diets, including bariatric surgery, don’t address is food addiction. Modern food is created to be hyper palatable and non satiating. The only way I address this for myself is to go very low carb.

    You can get inexpensive hamburger meat. If you shop on Mondays stores also have 1$ and $2 off stickers on packages. Eggs are a good deal. There are other meats besides canned Tuna. Spam and corned beef are an option.

    I’ve used saffron anywhere I’d use chicken or vegetable bouillon. Take a few strands and let them bloom in a little hot water. I brown chicken, remove it from the pan. Deglazed the pan with saffron water and add any flavours you’ll like.
