    Off on a course at the end of the month for 3 days in Birmingham and I'm wanting to take my own food with me.. Can anyone suggest things that will keep (freshness) not liking the hotel menu and won't be having time to eat out.

    Advice Please!

    I've just started the LCHF Diet (4 days in) and now I'm getting constipation. Is this a normal thing to happen when you start it or am i missing something from this diet? I'm drinking water, stopped all fizzy/carbonated drinks/ fruit juices eating plenty of meat and things like broccoli ect.
