    A bit of advice please

    I'm type 2 diabetic, for about six months now. MY last HbA1c was 5.2% and I'm on 2 x 500mg metformin a day. I went for a very long walk today, well actually I got lost trying to find the ruins of a castle :oops: , so I walked for about 8 miles or so, with no food or drink at all for 3 hours...

    Hello

    I was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes on friday :( All a bit confusing. Everytime I go to the Docs I come away with a problem I dident know I had :roll:
