My recent hba1c was 10.2 with blood sugar levels averaging at 15 ......in all my years with diabetes I haven't been under 10 for even 1 straight week[emoji58] it's probably why I feel like the walking dead.

These pass days the pain I feel in my head is terrible.....type 1 for almost 9 years poorly controlled diabetes......my daily diet is 3 litres beer 2 to 4 litres diet coke..... little or no water....... Less than 10 carbs. What is causing so much head pain???? Sugar levels mainly 15 or above.

Dr Bernstein is 83 years old this year lived 72 years with type 1 diabetes. he lived and still lives on a LCHF diet.....if it works for him why can't it work for all type 1's

Who here eats a LCHF diet and is your blood sugar more stable?? And how is your triglyceride level?? I understand type 1s must limit FAT intake due to narrowing of arteries......some people say eat LCHF diet some say it's bad and must eat LFHC diet whos advice do I follow???

My BMI is 17 and I'm very skinny but what concerns me is that my feet look terrible there's no fat or muscle there there's actually diches. Does it mean my body is deteriorating?
