    I agree with Patch. Definitely make sure to keep it away from direct light, and heat, because heat will change the fats into saturated fats making it practically useless :( Keep in fridge Wish you the best :clap:

    The calming effect you mention I have found with most herbal teas, such as peppermint tea and camomile tea. I don't know about jasmine tea, but I am certainly going to give it a try! Thanks for mentioning!
