    Blood test was 6.3

    I just scored 6.3 for my first ever test, I ate Asda tinned madras, about 10 small oven chips, and a piece of Burgen bread...Is that a normal range ???

    Can I re-use Lancets?

    Finally bought my Aviva Accucheck monitor but want to know if I can use a lancet more than once or do I have to keep changing it after every test? First ever test 20.30pm after a meal of tinned curry ( low carbs) and oven chips, got a feeling the oven chips won't do very well !! :cry:

    Weetabix weetos or Bran flakes ?

    Weetabix chocolate Weetos - Carb = 22.6 Sugars = 7.1 per 30g serving Wholegrain bran flakes- Carb = 26.5 Sugars = 11.4 per 30g serving. Thought Bran flakes were supposed to be healthy....not very it seems !!!

    The cure for type 2?

    I have just read the post from 2008 about the cure for type 2 by taking Linseed oil, fish oil, and hemp oil. Has anyone on here tried it and did it work? I have just about got to grips with my new diet and now Im more confused than ever wondering if this actually works...Help
