Actually Welk i can't provide quotes from the most recent post making the assertion that the NHS diet regime is the only correct one as I find that your previous post has been deleted by the Moderator.

Welk you yourself have said in your profile that you have only been a diabetic for 1 year. I notice also that your HbA1c is 8.5 so if you need any help getting that figure down I am happy to tell you what worked for me.

I feel exactly the same Angie. The heart has been taken out of the forum to-day. I can not but think that the forum hierarchy have a hidden agenda as the decisions made to-day make no sense otherwise. Until I see some more rational explanation I shall not be posting again. :(
