    well that really gave me a kick up the bum so I quit sugar and high carbs and went low carb healthy fats and I'm well in ten months, I eat lots and more than I did, my health is amazing now. enjoying life, a mountain of will as everyone say a little won't hurt you, and everything in moderation...

    10 months 10 points down and normal.

    I went against NHS advice and I am well now, I eat tonnes and I eat low carb healthy fats and protein at every meal. this is how I live. and fell full of energy and healthy.

    the NHS web advice is low fat fill up on high carbs and calorie count, well I did the opposite of all that and got well and healthy in 10 months, low carb healthy fats. good job I didn't follow their advice as I would probably be on insulin by now .lol

    I eat lots but all protein and veggies and healthy fats, no high carbs, don't focus on the weight just eat for health.

    I eat protein and healthy fats at every meal and veggies, this keeps me fuelled all day, I eat little and often but no high carbs, past 75% carb. I eat sweet potatoes 21% carb.
