    Unexplained hypos

Hi all, Does anyone have experience with frequent hypos that don't respond well to sugar for apparently no reason? I'm on a Medtronic 640g pump. I moved to Fiasp 6 months ago and all was going great until a month ago. Since then I've been on a rollercoaster and haven't been able to get off. I...

Will a diabetes clinical psychologist help?

Hi all. My diabetic control is ok but could be better. I don't avoid sugar as much as I should- I have been diabetic so long now I think I'm a bit burnt out. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    LCHF without keto-Help!

Hello, I have recently lowered my Hba1c by paying a lot more attention to my bs readings. However, I now want to go low carb to reduce swings and fluctuations. With socialising and work commitments I am worried about going Keto as I don't believe I will be able to effectively stick to it. My...

    Type1 and the pill

I appear to be one of the few people where my blood glucose levels become really stable and well controlled when I'm on my period, I have only recently discovered the trend using the libre! Thinking back, going on the pill for the first time may have coincided with my blood sugar levels being...
