    Low blood sugar

    I wonder if anyone has experienced a low figure (3.75) after a meal with alcohol? My fasting figure I'd usually about 6 and I take 500mg of metformin per day. Is the 3.75 figure dangerous?

    Excersise

    I have found that press ups work wonders after a meal. I have just had a large roast dinner with yorkshire pudding. With no exersise my bg would be over 10. If i do about 70 press ups (not all in one go) i find the peak is sub 8.5 and 7.8 at 1 hr after the meal. Anyone else find this works for them?
