    i am developing cuts on my foreskin

    Type 2 diabetic for 6yrs, recently developed cuts on my foreskin and skin around the penis is getting tighter ,previously i used an ANTIBOITIC OINTMENT (SUPIROBAN) the cuts were healed by they keep on coming back ,could this be diabetic related & if so any suggestions.?
