For quite a while I have noticed that testing 2 hours (8+), after a meal my reading is still on the high side but after 4 hours it is back to around 6.4 Is this OK?

I was first put on Metformin but had a really bad time I am now on Tragenta 5mg. Whilst I have no side effects the drug does not seem to do anything, is this right and I am just worried about nothing?
