    Thank you, I appreciate that! It’s been so awful . As I’m under 40, my GP has advised hrt so I’m trying it for 3 months. I hope it helps because , my goodness! Great advice and I’ll try not to be so obsessed

    I use the carb & Cals app - so I’m not doing it, it is. But I wrote it to show I’m in a calorie deficit.

    Hello so sorry to hear this. Sounds traumatic and I’m not surprised your body is reacting to it. What’s TRE? Have you spoken to your diabetic nurse/GP about this?

    When I’m not in a flare and on pred I’m usually low 5’s and for me it’s both low carbs and being on metformin. I did a pregnancy being T2 and being very low carb did not save me i needed metformin and insulin (2 kinds) once baby was born the insulin went away.

    5.8 this morning - 3rd week on prednisolone! I’m halfway through!
