    Reactive Hypoglycemia What happens if we leave nocturnal hypoglycemia untreated?

    A few times, I have recently had nocturnal hypoglycemia. I am afraid that one day I will not be able to react. Untreated nocturnal hypoglycemia as "standard" goes deeper? Thanks for the answers.
