    Kind of yes, probably few can eat 8 slices without any fillings. But thats pushing on higher end. I dont weigh my plate but its a general idea about food quantity that people might eat. Many airlines also follow similar counts to keep weight in check for inflight meals that has to be carried.

    Halva / Halwa Indian Food ? Given the amount of sugar that goes into it and the base made out of carb heavy component like wheat, lentil/dal etc it could be good for someone in hypo but for sure not something a diabetic person can adjust easily.
