I have done exercises before .
I do for 2 or 4 weeks then i stop due to work related issues .
Which exercise is better ?
running or the home gym workouts .
I don't have time to do both

Our main food is rice , it is a bit hard to avoid rice all the time .
So i decided to include oats and milk and wheat whenever i can
I hope this is not a bad diet for a diabetes type 2 patient

I did a 3rd test after eating medicines and the blood sugar levels have dropped .
I don't know what to do from this point on wards .
Avoid sugar foods
Eat less carbohydrates
Eat more fiber
Exercise more
Anything else i should focus on ?
