    My nurse advised buying Carbs and Calorie Counter by Chris Cheyette. Food packaging is confusing it is not a very diabetic friendly world, we can only hope that one day it will be better.

    Adults should be under 40 i think. My first one was 84. Get Carbs and Calorie Counter by Chris Cheyette. Book or app. Lower your bread potatoes rice pasta sugar and total calorie intake. Its tough, but hang in there.

    Thanks. Im type 2 and on metformin. Yes this site has bern a real source of support. The good part of diabetes has been the healthy eating and dropping 2 dress sizes already.

    Everyone around me is an expert, its so confusing. I did not realise how big a part of my daily life eating was. I feel almost in bereavement for a former life. This is the diet that will never end.
