I try,,,, I went to hospital for a spinal injection only to be told after 2 hours that my B.S was way too high... Only if thay had asked i would have told them sooner and that this was the norm for me....

Since i was diagnosed as a T2 diabetic as instructed by my doctor i am now on a strict diet and have cut back on carbohydrates in a big way. I mainly eat rice with different flavors, also eat fish. and some potatoes.

I am sleeping a lot during the day due to all my tablets i am taking, i told my doctor that the metformin were knocking me out and making me sleep a lot and she said NO the don't do that. obviously she isn't taking them. :|

Currently taking x3 metformin a day (morning/afternoon/evening) with no real change at all blood sugar levels are still high, And i am not looking forward to switching to switching to injections because i have a fear of needles and i hate them alot. :thumbdown:
