    What do you consider a dangerously high blood glucose level?

    My last HBa1c was 5.7% but recently for an unknown reason I've been getting very high blood sugar readings and higher than normal... just did one and got a level of 27.9. Just wondered what sort of levels you should show a worrying concern to?!

    NEED HELP GUYS

    I had dinner this evening at around 6.30pm did my novorapid etc after 2 hours my blood sugar was 8.8, I did a further unit to correct the reading, looked again at 10ish it was 10.3. I did 2 more units of novo rapid checked again after 45 minutes it was 11.0 any ideas?!?!? Slightly confused...
