    Freestyle Libre & Diasend

Just got the following from Diasend. It's a bit of a pain as I certainly find Diasend much easier than Libreview. I guess Abbott just don't want anyone else getting in on the act. Dear diasend[emoji2400] user, We are contacting you as you have a FreeStyle Libre connected to your...

    Diasend & Librelink

Data is not transferring from Librelink to Diasend. After trying obvious possibilities I noticed the update day/time was out of sync with the date period. I've been in touch with Diasend and they've just replied to say they are having issues with Librelink and they are working on it. They'll...

    Life with Libre

After a fair bit of thought and research I decided to take the plunge and have a go with the Libre sensor. I thought it might be useful to record my thoughts in one place in case anyone else was thinking about it. I had a few misgivings but my main concern was it would fall off as I spend a...

    Diet Doctor Low Carb Challenge

I'm following the Diet Doctor 2 week challenge and the carb intake is 20g or less per day. My main motive was to get my BG back to where I wanted to be and it was certainly doing that until I fell victim to this stinking cold (although BG has not risen as much as it usually does when I am ill...

    Diet Doctor Web site

Has anyone ever become a member of the Diet Doctor site? I am trying to decide whether it is worth it bearing in mind you can access their recipes anyway. The thing that really appeals to me is the weekly meal planner and shopping list as I must admit there are some weeks I'd like the planning...

    42 Days in......

It is 42 Days since I had that ghastly 19.7 reading which sent me scuttling back to some serious low carbing and back to the forum. Still a way to go but my readings are floating between 6.2 and 9.8 and the morning reading is slowly improving. Not perfect readings but a lot better than 19.7...

Almost there after just 1 week

I only came back to the forum 1 week ago after 18 months of stressful events. I was diagnosed Type II in 2008 and was pretty much controlled until 1 week ago when I discovered my BS levels were haywire and may have been for a few weeks since I had been feeling awful. The highest spike was at...

    Let me Introduce Myself Again

I have been a member of this Forum for quite a few years but stopped posting a few years back when the forum became , how can I say.....not a nice place to be. I have kept looking and it seems to be a friendly place again so I'll give it another go. I'm female, 63 and have been diabetic Type II...
