7 Day....... 7.1
14 Day........7.2
30 Day.........8.1
Not sure whether the above averages are good, bad, excellent, or just ok.
Please somebody out there advise me.
5.9 mmol/l The morning of December 17 which happens to be my birthday.
It all started when I received my Breeze 2 meter as an early Christmas present with 100 free strips from my friend in Canada.
I got to testing seriously 3/4 times a day and I found out that my sugar level were very high...
I used to get it in my legs often during night while I was sleeping. The pain was so unbearable and a nerve would actually pop out of the skin and you can feel and see it.
Since I got my BG in control I now rarely have this condition and thank God for that.
I am addicted to tea and take about 4/5 cups a day. I use 1 tablet of Canderel with each cup to sweeten it up..
I was wondering if they are OK for diabetics and would also like to know what you guys do to sweeten up your tea or coffee.
I hear Apples and Pomegranates are good as the sugars in these fruits do not contribute to increased sugar levels significantly.
Any input would be appreciated.
I love chick peas.
I always thought Chick peas were very fattening and therefore avoided it as much as possible.
Good advice on testing before and after eating this delicious meal.
Thanks Sid.
I use the Breeze 2 from Bayer. I use to use the Glucocard 2 but no more of that.
10 strips in a disk 5 seconds results very user friendly.
Would recommend to anyone with diabetes.
to Bayer
Me thinks that they should have gone for both the units at the press of a button. Couldn't have been very difficult to multiply the mmol/l reading by 18.018
JMHO.
