    @Resurgam honestly that sounds encouraging I think I have always struggled with carbs and they became my comfort food in challenging times. Time to break the habit. Lovely to hear you have overcome the carb problem well done! Did you over go on the keto diet?

    @EllieM yes that’s exactly what I did my bg was 7.6 just before the meal and exactly two hours after the first bite of the meal it was 6.4. Hence why I am confused .
