    Night time high's

    Hi, my 9yr old has recently had a pump fitted. All is good during the day however at night after he's eaten he has an immediate low then gradually gets higher &higher until morning. Does anyone have any advice on how to correct this? Sent from the Diabetes Forum App

    Snack options

    Hi, what do other parents do when their children are hungry but their blood sugars aren't low enough to warrant a snack? Is there anything I can give my 9yr old type1 son that won't affect his levels, he eats a healthy diet and controls his diabetes brilliantly. Sent from the Diabetes Forum App

    It can be manageable cant it?

    Hi, my 9yr old son has had type 1 for the last year. He seems to be coping v well, doing his own injections, tests, understanding how much insulin he needs, when and why.
