    Metformin.

    Bin diet controlled until today when doc said he would put me on 500mg Metformin once a day. Told him I was going to India tomorrow and he said that was a good way to lose weight. Reading about metformin it seems the runs are to be avoided, has the Doc been a bit negligent?
