Glad you had a good holiday...Im actually warming to a diabetic tattoo.....Just had a little more on mine... I remember being on hols in Spain and they said "la diabetica" so the actual translation is easy.... I guess will be ok in Cape Verde...cos thats portugese lol and similar to spanish

Re: Would you prefer to be on insulin injections or on a pum I personally wouldnt want to go on the pump but thats my opinion and everybody has there's too. I wouldnt be able to in my area, even if I wanted to because you need to be badly controlled and HB1AC over 8 to get the pump... Sent...

Anna ..my bloods were better this time even though the places were more painful. I upped my insulin (not suggesting others do that) because previously my bloods have gone high. My blood went to 4.2 halfway through (midday)so had a breakfast bar halfway through sitting and my blood then stayed...
