Thanks but I take morning dose 10 minutes prior to meal and add another 5 minutes to each shot as I go through the day so that I'm taking it 20 minutes before the meal. Actually.that's made me realize that dinner is the only meal where I don't get a big spike. I'll try taking all my injections...

I don't understand the 'People with type 1 diabetes, which is usually diagnosed in childhood, tend to be younger than those with type 2.' statement in The Guardian. Surely there are lots of type 1 diabetics.....we do manage to live long lives!

We use the masks we bought for when we're cycling as I suffer from pollen allergies. I bought some extra carbon inners when this all started. I know they're not the best but they are better than nothing and I don't think we should be buying anything that could be used by key workers. Stay safe xx
