Dafne will help u so much. It's difficult to say what to eat otherwise. But if u wrote up what u've eaten for a week or two and what insulin u've taken each time ur dietician can then work out ur units to carbs ratio. Then u can eat what u want but take insulin accordingly. My HBA1C was 9% when...
