    Curalin? Anyone know anything about it?

    Hi I now don't take Curalin if my blood sugars are just over normal, I try to exercise instead but still getting great readings which I have never had before, I am normal most of the time, I-definitely wasnt before taking Curalin, can’t wait to get myA1c test to see what that says.

    Type 2s: What was your fasting blood glucose in a morning? (very low chat level)

    I am so depressed today I can’t tell you! Moved my metformin to evening, after my main meal and today was still 8.6 then had fruit and porridge and when I check 90 mins later it was 10, just despair! Jus5 fed up trying!

    Type 2 I am still in denial after 8 years

    I go through periods of really trying to lower my sugar levels and eat better, then, I binge and eat like there is no tomorrow. I am so fed up with starting and stopping. Has anyone else ever overcome anything like this? Any tips on how to stop, I feel like I am such a failure [emoji22]

    I see blood readings of 5 and 6 but I have never managed that, mine is 10 today so does anyone know why, I walked a few miles yesterday but didn't eat too badly?
