    Cinamon?

    Hi. I’ve searched on the various topics and can’t find anything about using Cinamon to help reduce bs. I see that research shows it can help so I’ve ordered some capsules to see how that goes. My bs are currently riding quite high since Christmas so I’m up for anything. Anyone tried this?

    Med's reduction

    Hi everyone. Could I ask some advice please. I have been lchf since 1st January and my bs have dropped from 9-12 to regular 4's before meals and 6-7 after. I'm well chuffed with these results, I am prescribed trajenta (1 X 5mg a day) and 2000mg of sr metformin.. I stopped the traj last week...

    Low carb after years of Med's

    Hi everyone. I was wondering if anyone has been on Med's for years, and has taken nhs advice re high carb meals, and then decided to follow lchf diet and been able to stop Med's completely. As a long term t2 (17 years) I just would like to know others experiences Tia. [emoji106]

    Gad antibodies

    Morning people! I had a gad antibodies test on weds. If its positive will they automatically put me on injections? The nurse taking the test had never heard if it and its a month wait for results ! . (Type 2 for 15 years, 10 years on metformin sr 1500mg bs 6-8) Sent from the Diabetes Forum App
