    For a start off, re: stinky wee, try boiling the water first to leach out the chemicals or use mineral water. Alcohol also contributes to a pungent smell.     I love eggs and haven't been ill from them. What is Burgen? Maybe that made you ill. Did you mean burgers? You have to be very carefull with meats and proteins, if unsure leave a bit longer rather than undercook, just to be safe.

    This is a crash diet, loadsa weight, short time. Just eat leass in future. I eat 3/4 of a meal and yep, a bit wasteful but it works. Please be careful.

    Please don't worry. Most places in the world sell diet/zero everything. It may help others as well as you, so good post. Most spanish speaking countries have a drink with "sin", meaning without, ie:beer, coke, etc. Good luck and enjoy your break!

    I find REALLY low salt levels contribute to cramps,etc. Feel free to have a go. I ate normal meals while in South Wales, me, wife and dog and did loads of walking. This was fine. No night cramps, did need a vimto after a few hours on monday though. Keep your monitor with you. All will be well.

    I find this topic informative, but don't recall any hyperglycaeimic instances as funny. I'm sorry, but it is deadly serious. I nearly died on Boxing Day 3 years ago. Luckily my wife and girls are first aiders. I count myself lucky. M x
