    Winters on it's way

    I've done so well during the summer with salads. But how am I going to cope with colder days. I cant eat salad in the winter. Any suggestions for hot meals that arnt full of carbs. I do like my slow cook pot. Janet

    Diabetes group

    Joined my local diabetes group today for coffee and introductions. We had a full group. It amazed me how we all had type 2 but our conditions where so different. But it was so nice to speak to others who knew how I felt. Can't wait for our next meeting.

    BAD DAY

    Woke up feeling my head would burst. Over racing heart. BP was fine but pulse racing. B Glucose 11.1 has been erratic since I've been on antibiotics. Didn't feel like eating so had a yogurt with tablets. Still feeling awful.

    The benefits of weight loss

    Sugar levels are evening out

    I had one blip this week when BG went to 10.1 it was cereral my body doesnt like cereal. Now ticking along in the 6.3 range. Apples seem to stabalise.
