Anyone know how much insulin should be taken a day and how many carbs as insulin can put on fat but to build muscle carbs are needed but for a type 1 diabetic 6 meals a day with a source of carbohydrate and protein may not be so friendly on the blood sugars
Ive been training for a more than a year now but have not made any significant gains. Quite frustrating now dont know what to do :-(

Heard a lot about psyllium husk and how it can give bread like texture, so i bought some, but I'm not too sure how to use it! Anybody know any low carb and gluten free recipes with the use of this ingredient?
