    Thank you all

    Ive just had my first results since diagnosis in sept. Hba1c test down to 44 from 103. Cholesterol 4.4 trig down to 1, hdl 1.1, ldl down to 2.8. Ive lost 3.5 stone. Still a way to go but results i could only have dreamt about 5 months ago. Would like to thank you all for your help information...

    Weight loss stopped

    T2 diagnosed sept on metformin and have lost 3 stone with low carbs and exercise. 4 weeks since losing any weight. I dont add fat to my diet but i dont avoid it. Anyone got any ideas how to kick start it? I would like to lose another stone Sent from the Diabetes Forum App

    Reducing metformin

    T2 diagnosed 4 months ago straight onto 2 x metformin twice a day. My BS readings are between 5.5 and 6.8 every day now with occasional 4s. I am very low carb and have lost plenty of weight. Not due to have my next bloods or DN till end jan. I would be interested to know what u all think...

    Sleep problems
