Hi all, hope every one I'd doing ok despite this horrible condition.
I've struggled a lot with it but mainly I have been in denial. However recently I've started a keto diet and weight has gone from 258 pounds to 236.
I also noticed my finger prick tests went from 10+ to constantly 4-6.mmlmol...
I'm my own worst enemy. After several good weeks and BG approx 5.5 I fell off the carb wagon. And when I fall I fall hard.
I'm normally on lchf and wondering how long it will take to purge myself again.
I've lost 3 stone in 3 months, weight training hard and actually loving the lchf diet so why...
Hi everyone, we're all probably very similar having our inboxes inundated with the latest must have miracle food for diabetes.
The latest one for me is molasses. Has anyone tried it, recommend it as I have a jar lurking in my cupboard.

Does anyone use the Tee2 meter, I have 2 and rarely get the same result on them when I check one against the other. I imagine they're only cheap as free off my GP/nurse but just wondering how others find them. What meters would you recommend. I'm...
Hi all, how is everyone.
I love bread. There I've said it and no taking it back. However despite my attraction to the loaf I'm trying to eat healthier. What is the best bread for a T2 or bread alternative, all the ones I've found seem to be about 17g a slice.
Hi everyone, I've had a good day, no cravings, good sugar results, and signed off from physio after a knee replacement.
Little positives every day. That's why I like this forum. How has everyone gone on today ?
Hi all, I got my results back today, I've gone from 57% to 49%. I meant to ask what I should be at. Please forgive my ignorance but I figure this forum would be much more accurate than google [emoji3]
Hi all, I'm Andy, 50 and newly diagnosed with type 2 and if I'm honest quite worried. I've been reading the forums and people here seem positive and helpful, hopefully as questions or doubts pop into my mind you will be as helpful to me as you have to others. Thanks in advance
