    What every day factors affect your BG levels?

    As a T1 diabetic I find that the usual illness, infection, temperature affects my readings but also if I'm worried or have been upset about something then I notice my sugar seems to spike. Anyone else experience anything similar? :) Sent from the Diabetes Forum App

    cutting test strips and refusing to prescribe a hypokit pen!

    Hi all :) I collected my repeat prescription today and was given half my normal amount of test strips.....has this happened to anyone else? I get 25 strips per box (normally 2 boxes) so I'm now going to be ordering weekly rather than fortnightly (unless I'm ill or need to test more regularly...

    Low carb diets

    Ok, so I'm T1' have been 5 years. Find that due to my variable shifts my control isn't as good as it once was as breaks/lunches always alter as do eating and injecting times.     Ketones affecting pregnancy test?
