Sounds good to me except for the exercises because I'm paraplegic incomplete which means very little activity, so will have to do it all with diet & get a blood monitor.

Diagnosed with type2 after blood test, saw the doctor who put me on metformin and gave me a booklet to read & thats it. Don't know how high my sugars are or anything. How long does it take to see a nurse & should i have a test kit bearing in mind it's nearly Xmas what should i do.
